Prices for workshops are broken into two parts: workshop fees and materials fees. Payment of the workshop fee is due at the time you register for the workshop; the materials fee is due on the day of the class, though you may pay it earlier if you prefer. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment of the workshop fee is required to secure your reservation. Materials fees are not optional, and no credit will be given for students who bring their own materials to class.
Workshops fill quickly and may have active waiting lists. If it becomes necessary for you to reschedule your workshop, we will be happy to apply your workshop fee to the workshop of your choice, less a $25 rescheduling fee, provided we have been given at least 72 hours (3 days) prior notice. No refunds will be given for no-shows or lack of notice. Please note that deposits for special events and national instructor workshops are not refundable, but may be transferable.
Stouffer Studios, LLC. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary. In that event, registered students will be offered the option of transferring their workshop fee to another workshop or receiving a full refund.
Stouffer Studios, LLC. reserves the right to refuse the continuation of services for any reason. These might include student intoxication, compromised judgment, discrimination toward other students, inflammatory, disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe behavior on the premises of Stouffer Studios. In that event, those asked to exit will receive a full refund of materials fees and 50% of workshop fees.
